We can't say enough about the "Yellow Beach House" & the owners. The home is in a very good location--Close to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and marina as well as old town Capitola. Just a short drive to Monterey and Carmel. It is 4 houses from a beautiful beach. The home has ocean views from the front decks & porch area. It is modern, very well maintained and extremely clean and organized. All the amenities that you want in an exclusive beach rental including rear & side patio with chimnea & wood. A laundry room and outside shower (with HOT water) were provided. The kitchen was well equipped & had supplies including coffee, spices, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Particularly noteworthy is the quality and condition of the bedding and towels-looked and felt new. The owners were extremely attentive & very prompt to answer all questions. They also left a goody basket to welcome us. It does not get better than this!!  Our total security deposit was returned within a few days of our departure. Thank you to the wonderful owners for a fantastic 4 days in their Yellow Beach House. A return visit is a must.
