This is a fantastic upscale beach home. You can not ask for more! Owners truly know the meaning of quality product and service. Every detail was tended to, house was perfectly clean, maintained and simple to make your self at home. Spectacular location. Quiet and beautifully decorated back patio was perfect for outdoor dining. We'd return to this property again without a doubt.

Fantastic Beach Rental! We can't say enough good words about the "Yellow Beach House" & the owners. The home is in a very good location--Close to Santa Cruz Boardwalk and marina as well as old town Capitola. Just a short drive to Monterey and Carmel. It is about 4 houses from a beautiful beach. The home has ocean views from the front decks & porch area. It is modern, very well maintained and was extremely clean and organized. It had all the amenities that you want in an exclusive beach rental including rear & side patio with chimnea & wood. A laundry room and outside shower (with HOT water) were provided. The kitchen was well equipped & had supplies including coffee, spices, all cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Particularly noteworthy is the quality and condition of the bedding and towels-looked and felt new. Quality shower products were also included. The owners were extremely attentive before arrival & were very prompt to answer all questions. They also left a goody basket to welcome us. It does not get better than this!! The owners & home indicate professionalism at every turn. Our total security deposit was returned within a few days of our departure. Thank you to the wonderful owners for a fantastic 4 days in their Yellow Beach House. A return visit is a must for our group.
